PDF Merge

Merge 2 to 20 PDF files into a single PDF. Put the files in the order you want, merge, and download the result. Files are processed on our server: uploads are deleted as soon as the merge finishes and the merged PDF is deleted after one hour.

Processed on our server

Your files are uploaded to our server to be merged. Uploads are deleted as soon as the merge finishes, and the merged PDF is deleted after one hour.

How to use PDF Merge

  1. Add files. Choose two or more PDF files.
  2. Set the order. Use the arrows to put the files in the order you want.
  3. Merge and download. Click Merge PDFs, then download the merged file.

Example

Combining a cover letter, a CV and a certificate for a job application.

Files, in order

cover-letter.pdf (1 page)
cv.pdf (2 pages)
certificate.pdf (1 page)

Result

One 4-page PDF: the cover letter, then the CV, then the certificate.

Page sizes and orientation are kept, so a landscape page stays landscape.

Troubleshooting

A file is refused as encrypted

Open it in your PDF reader with the password and save or print it to a new PDF without one, then add that copy.

The files are too large

The total must be 25 MB or less. Merge in two batches, or reduce scanned PDFs with your scanner app's compression setting first.

The tool says it is not available

PDF tools need our server. If the server cannot be reached, try again later; browser-based tools keep working offline.
