Troubleshooting
An iPhone photo is refused
HEIC photos are not supported yet. Set the camera to "Most Compatible" or export the photo as JPG first.
A page is sideways
The photo has no orientation data. Rotate it in your photo app, save, and add it again.
The images are too large
The total must be 25 MB or less. Resize the photos, or convert them in two batches and join the PDFs with PDF Merge.
Frequently asked questions
Which image types can I convert?
JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF. For an animated GIF or WebP, only the first frame is used. Transparent areas become white.
How many images can I add?
Up to 30 images, each up to 15 MB and 25 MB in total. Very large images over 50 megapixels are refused.
Will my photos lose quality?
Pages are saved as high-quality JPEG. With A4 or US Letter, large photos are scaled down to fit the page at 200 dpi, which is sharp enough to print. Choose "Same as image" to keep every pixel.
Are my files stored?
Only briefly. Your uploads are deleted as soon as the PDF is ready, and the PDF is deleted one hour after it is created.
