Time Zone Converter
Pick a date, a time and a time zone to see the same moment in as many other time zones as you like, with each UTC offset and whether it falls on the previous or next day. Daylight saving is handled, including times that are skipped or happen twice when the clocks change. Uses your browser's own time zone data; nothing is uploaded.

Troubleshooting
The difference between two cities is an hour off
Their daylight saving changes fall on different dates. The tool uses the rules for the date you pick, so check the date is right.
A message says the time does not exist
Clocks jump forward on that date and the time is skipped. The tool shows the time just after the jump.
I cannot find my city
Zones are named after a main city in the region. Search for the region (for example America) or a nearby large city in the same zone.
Frequently asked questions
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Each zone uses the rules in force on the date you pick. If your time is skipped when clocks jump forward, the tool says so and shows the time just after the change; if it happens twice when clocks go back, it uses the first one and tells you.
Where does the time zone data come from?
From your browser, which ships the IANA time zone database. Keeping your browser up to date keeps the rules current.
What does "+1 day" mean?
That zone is already on the next calendar day at that moment. "-1 day" means it is still the previous day.
Can I add any city?
You can add any IANA time zone, such as Europe/Paris or America/Sao_Paulo. Start typing a region or city and pick from the list.
