How to use Code Explainer
- Paste code. Paste the code to explain.
- Choose language and level. Let it detect the language and choose who the explanation is for.
- Explain. Click Explain code and read the steps and issues.
Example
A JavaScript debounce helper.
Code
function debounce(fn, wait) {
let timer;
return (...args) => {
clearTimeout(timer);
timer = setTimeout(() => fn(...args), wait);
};
}Options: Explain for: A beginner
Typical answer
What it does: returns a version of fn that only runs after calls have stopped for `wait` milliseconds. How it works: keeps one timer · each call cancels the previous timer · starts a new timer that finally calls fn with the latest arguments. Possible issues: `this` is not passed on to fn.
AI answers vary from run to run; this shows a typical result.

Troubleshooting
The language is detected wrongly
Pick the language from the list instead of Detect automatically.
"You have reached today's limit for AI tools"
The daily AI allowance is used up. The message says when it resets; browser-based tools keep working meanwhile.
"The AI gave an answer in the wrong format"
The model's reply could not be read. Click the button again; it usually works on the second try.
